First we went to Chicago for Christmas my grandma and grandpa came to visit and I also got to see my Aunt Cici. Christmas was awesome I got so much cool stuff like a colorful kindle etc…
After Christmas best of all was my birthday I had turned eleven. My birthday was also amazing. Just like Christmas I got so many gifts it was incredible. On my birthday was also Martin Luther King Jr. day on January 19th.
Once my birthday was over I went to Porto for four days. Porto was also awesome. We had a Porto soccer game and my mom wore the wrong color, like the opposite teams color. We also went to this Lego exhibit that was really cool they had all these big Lego structures and some cool cars. I got a little black bear Lego set.
After Porto I went to the quinta (my weekend/holiday house) with Chloe, Milly, Beth, and Ben and it was so fun me and the other kids were partying till midnight until we were so tired that we just went to sleep.
Right after the quinta me and Chloe, Milly, Beth, and Ben went to the only mountain in Portugal that had snow and we went sledding. It was super fun! I also loved being able to touch snow again – it was awesome.
After we had this awesome trip including Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia. First was Turkey where they had lots of cats. We had a super long walking tour and we saw the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. In Georgia we had a food tour with lots of good food and we also had a wine tour because Georgia is known for making wine. In Armenia we also had a walking tour and we saw this cool place were there were houses built in a rock. My sister and I walked up 555 stairs up to the top of this amazing place. Last but not least we had Arby’s at 4 in the morning.
